The MTMS Girls Basketball team would like to recognize Ainsley Frederick for their ATHLETE OF THE WEEK. Ainsley has been one of the key ingredient pieces to the team since her 6th grade year. Each year she has improved her skills tremendously, earning herself a consistent starting position this year as an eighth grader. Ainsley not only can handle the ball for the Panthers offense, she can also knock down shots from downtown consistently. In her final game as a middle school student, Ainsley scored 3 times from beyond the arc against Delsea and finished the game with 11 points. Ainsley is not only a phenomenal teammate, she is really an all around STUDENT ATHLETE. She works hard in the classroom and is a great role model to our entire team. We are going to miss Ainsley’s infectious smile next season. Good luck in high school! We are so proud of all of your hard work and accomplishments! GO AINS!!!
